These hives are kept in traditional cottage gardens which boast a spectacular array of year-round forage for the bees. Every day the colonies will scout out the available sources of nectar and pollen and select the ones they need to keep the hive in good health. Even hives sited side-by-side produce different tasting honey as they maintain their health by visiting different plants in their 3 mile range.
