A taster box of 5 different honeys in 70gm pots. A great introduction to the amazing variety that the West Country bees have to offer us. Honeys from the Jurasssic Coast, across Salisbury Plain to Exmoor, up the Severn Estuary and across the Levels and through the cider apple orchards of the Mendip slopes.
We try to provide as wide a selection as possible, to give you the best taste experience. It usually includes a Spring, Summer, Creamed and monofloral honey e.g Borage plus a special small harvest variety e.g. Dandelion.
If you have a strong preference for a particular variety please add a note to the order and we will do our best to accommodate any request. We reserve the right to substitute, based on supply at the time of order.
5 Honeys Taster Box
Once our honey is harvested we strain it through a coarse filter to remove any debris. This ensures that all the pollen, propolis and other goodies are all left behind for you to enjoy.
We don't pasteurise the honey as this kills the good bacteria and enzymes. It also means the honey will granulate over time. If you heat it gently the honey will become runny again.
Honey is not suitable for infants under 18 months.
