Our honey is only lightly filtered and not pasteurised, to retain as much of the goodness as possible.
Did you know it takes 6kg of honey for the bees to make 1kg of wax?

We are careful to use up all the wax left in the frames we extract the honey from. That's what makes the candles smell so good.
