A crop grown to winter feed cattle, these beans look like giant broad bean plants in the fields. As it's a rotated crop in many areas we get very excited when the Field Beans come around.

Interestingly the honey bees have to wait for the bumble bees to make a hole in the flowers before they can access the nectar themselves - what teamwork!

This wonderful honey has an elegant flavour and a fresh mineral finish on the palate. Well worth the wait.
